Description and Requirements
Lenovo is seeking a passionate and results-oriented Sustainability Channel Programs Manager to drive sustainable practices throughout our partner ecosystem. You will develop and implement strategic programs to integrate sustainability into business models and promote Lenovo's sustainable solutions like CO2 Offset, Asset Recovery Services, and the Lenovo Certified Refurbished portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute channel programs to drive partner adoption of Lenovo's sustainability solutions.
- Collaborate with product marketing, sales, Lenovo 360 Circle experts, and sustainability teams to create compelling messaging and training materials.
- Design and implement partner enablement programs.
- Manage partner relationships to ensure successful program execution.
- Develop and track KPIs to measure program effectiveness.
- Identify and analyze market trends and opportunities for program development.
- Stay updated on sustainability regulations and best practices.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in channel marketing or program management, preferably within the technology industry.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful channel programs.
- Strong understanding of sustainability principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools.

ONLY FOR SLOVAKIA Base gross monthly salary starts from 2,450 EUR. The final offer could be negotiated higher than the advertised minimum, depending on your experience! There is also a variable part (bonus) valued at 12% of your annual earnings.
