We are looking for a number of students to learn a professional role within our industry, we take pride in having successful individuals in our technical business with a wide offering of skills and attributes, we are also keen to develop and retain the successful students for the future.

Position Description:

  • Planning events and Roadshows. Need to carefully follow the quarterly budget, liaise with sales and think of useful incentives to drive engagement.
  • Assist with the management of Quarterly MDF plans with key business partners. Placed in charge of large partner accounts, create a plan (which products to use and where), provide content and ensure the promotion is in line with our branding expectations.
  • Assist our Channel and Consumer Marketing Managers with key Partner events.
  • Assist sales employees with the gathering of content or directing them to the correct areas.
  • Plan and execute retailer's events and Roadshows. Think of useful incentives to drive engagement.
  • Help sales employees with the execution in terms of getting the key message across and gathering valuable ROI.
  • Quarterly field trainer workshop co-planning.
  • Be the point of contact for retailers for marketing assets.
  • Support the team in the claiming process and be the contact for all claiming by gathering proof of execution and proof of costs.
  • Twice yearly promoter training co-planning.
  • Weekly share of shelf and share of voice reporting to consumer team.
  • Engagement with marketing agencies to drive strategy

Minimum Requirements:

  • On course to achieve at least a 2:1 degree classification
  • Be undertaking a placement as part of your degree
  • Previous paid/unpaid work experience
