Description and Requirements

Position Description:

1. Collaborate with different roles including PM, designer, developer, etc. to identify user experience research questions

2. Proficiently using quantitative and qualitative UX research methods to solve different research questions

3. Extract actionable insights from both quantitative and qualitative data

4. Communicate effectively and influence product and design decisions with research insights

Position Requirements:

1. A MS degree or above in HCI (human-computer interaction), UX (user experience) or other related fields

2. 3+ years Hands-on experience conducting applied UX research in an industry setting including: lab-based usability testing, iterative prototype testing, concept testing, benchmarking, ethnographic research, survey design and usage of multiple methods within a study

3. End-to-end experience conducting all aspects of research (study design, recruiting, moderation, analysis, reporting)

4. Exceptional behavioral data-collection and analysis skills

5. Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills; the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organization

6. A portfolio demonstrating past work experience and deliverables
