Description and Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majored in Computer Science, Finance, or related fields preferred;
2. 8+ years of experience as a Financial Product Manager, with a basic understanding of financial concepts related to global Tax. Have a certain level of knowledge in global tax management methodologies and experience in building at least one financial system from scratch (0-1 experience);
3. Fluent in both Chinese and English, excellent communication skills, strong documentation abilities, and the ability to express ideas and objectives clearly and logically;
4. Flexible mindset, strong resilience under pressure, strong cross-departmental communication skills, and logical analysis and judgment abilities;
5. User-centric mindset, adept at independent thinking, a strong sense of ownership, result-oriented approach to work, and the ability to summarize and reflect on one's own output;
6. Prior experience working in an internet company is preferred; familiarity with large-scale enterprise information system architecture, and experience with SAP is a plus.
