Description and Requirements

Role and Responsibility

CV algorithm and MLLM agent design for the target scenario.

Implement the landing practice of AI algorithms in projects according to the company's relevant product planning.

  • MSc or PhD in computer/information science, electronics engineering, or a related field
  • 2+ years' R&D experience in AI algorithm
  • Solid coding foundation, familiar with PyTorch/Tensorflow deep learning frameworks.
  • Familiar with models such as Transformer, BERT, GLM, and have a strong and in-depth understanding of large model data processing and training techniques such as LoRA, sft, RLHF, etc.
  • Familiarity with distributed training frameworks such as deepspeed is preferred.
  • Have some experience in model distillation, model quantization, training and inference acceleration, etc.
  • Possess strong teamwork and communication skills, able to work closely with team members and business departments to complete project delivery and technical innovation.
