Description and Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth research on AIOps topics such as log analysis, anomaly detection algorithms, fault prediction algorithms, and root cause analysis.
- Develop and implement novel AIOps algorithms and techniques, leveraging advanced machine learning models and deep learning architectures.
- Evaluate the performance of AIOps algorithms and techniques using rigorous experimental methods and metrics.
- Publish research papers in top-tier conferences and journals, presenting findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Collaborate closely with other researchers, engineers, and product teams to translate research into practical AIOps solutions.
Qualifications:
- PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of industry experience in research or development of AI-powered solutions for IT operations.
- Proven expertise in machine learning, artificial intelligence, and data analysis.
- In-depth knowledge of log analysis, anomaly detection, fault prediction, and root cause analysis techniques.
- Familiarity with various machine learning frameworks, including TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
- Experience with CUDA programming and GPU-accelerated computing for efficient model training and inference.
- Demonstrated ability to optimize framework code for performance and scalability.
- Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to a diverse audience.
- Fluency in English.
