Description and Requirements

The ideal candidate will be responsible for analysis and consolidation activities to support the strategic objectives of our business group in the services and solution sectors. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide insightful financial analysis and contribute to key business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Analysis:

  • Support and facilitate the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variance and opportunities for improvements.

Consolidation & Reporting

  • Perform consolidation of financial results for the business group ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare comprehensive financial reports (with driver base variance analysis) and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Conduct monthly, quarterly and annual financial close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.

Collaboration & Support

  • Act as a liaison between Center of Excellence and business group finance to streamline processes and enhance communications.
  • Assis in the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to monitor business performance.

Process improvement

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within the finance function.
  • Implement best practices and tools to enhance financial reporting and analysis capabilities.

Ad Hoc Reporting and Analysis

  • Conduct ad hoc financial analyses as requested by management to support strategic initiatives.
  • Provide insights based on data analysis to facilitate business decision.
