We're looking for a detail-oriented, process-driven Channel Marketing Coordinator to join our high energy NA Channel Marketing team. As a Channel Marketing Coordinator, you will support the smooth ongoing activities of Channel Marketing Team. You'll serve as a liaison between our Channel Marketing, Alliance Partners and NA Marketing Operations teams. You'll fully understands our internal and alliance partner procedures and ensure assigned teams adhere to those procedures. You will enable smooth workflows by managing project timelines, establishing priorities, scheduling meetings, managing the channel marketing budget, and following up with each team member through all phases of the job. Oh, and you'll be joining a team that loves to share funny GIFs.

What You'll Do:

The Channel Marketing Coordinator will:

• Proactively liaison between Channel Marketing team, Alliance Partners, NA Marketing Operations teams, and external creative agencies to ensure all marketing initiatives are progressing on time and within budget.

• Develop project timelines and ensure all team members are aware of and have agreed to those schedules.

• Coordinate internal reviews to facilitate approvals for key deliverables including creative briefs, creative materials, presentation materials and production materials.

• Support the Channel Field Sales teams with ad hoc requests for marketing and branding assets

• Champion, organize, and manage alliance submissions, adhering to guidelines and process.

• Communicate assignments to the appropriate people and follow through to make sure work is being done in a timely manner.

• Ensure efficient flow of activities on assigned campaigns and projects.

• Support the team through all aspects of quarterly and annual marketing planning

• Develop and maintain the team calendar reflecting key initiatives, campaigns, and team meetings and coordinate with the appropriate teams to update internal and external portals as needed

• Develop and maintain an executive-level report, ensuring the team has a current view of the team's activities, tools, budget allocation and any further information needed

Position Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in fast-paced environment or Marketing function within a world-class company and brand

• Passionate about creating structure and processes

• Clear aptitude for development of processes and tools that lead to more high-performing individuals and teams

• Strong collaborator and communicator capable of working in a cross-functional environment to achieve success

• Strong attention to detail

• Fluency in both written and spoken English
