Description and Requirements

As a Services Solutions Sales Executive, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering Targets: Achieving given targets for Standard Services, including Hardware Maintenance and Professional Services Deployments, as well as Advanced Services, which encompass Professional Services (excluding Deployments), Managed Services, TruScale, and Sustainability.
  • Engaging Sales Channels: Involving the appropriate sales channel, whether direct or indirect, as requested by customers.
  • Exceeding Client Expectations: Enabling and building solutions that exceed client expectations through:
  • Consultative Sales: Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, leveraging the trust built to understand and address their business challenges.
  • Solution Design and Architecture: Collaborating with architects to translate client business challenges into leading-edge designs and future solutions.
  • Promoting Lenovo's Solutions: Focusing on AI, Hybrid Cloud, Edge, and Big Data solutions to showcase Lenovo's offerings.
  • Advising C-Level Clients: Being seen as a strategic advisor by clients' C-level teams and leading final negotiations to achieve a win-win outcome for both parties.
  • Creating Awareness: Raising awareness of Lenovo's potential among clients and within the sales channel, involving respective channel teams.

Skills Required:

  • Sales Experience: Over 5 years of experience in selling IT solutions, both Capex and Opex-based.
  • Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in server and storage solutions.
  • Presentation and Negotiation: Strong presentation and negotiation skills at the C-level.
  • Financial Acumen: Solid understanding of finance to negotiate Opex transactions at the CFP level.

You will report to SSG (Solutions & Services Group) organization structure.

SSG has been focusing on the expanding IT service market, especially the digital workplace services opportunity, the growing demand for aaS (as a Service) model, and customers' stronger preference for sustainability services. Meanwhile, SSG has continued to invest in software tools, platforms, and repeatable vertical solutions with our own IP, and focus on vertical solutions in manufacturing, retail, healthcare, education, and Smart City. We are expanding TruScale as a Service to include Digital Workplace Solutions, developing our Hybrid Cloud solutions, and exploring Metaverse solutions.
