Description and Requirements

you will:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive event marketing strategies. This includes planning, budgeting, positioning, communication and logistics
  • Work closely with business strategic partners on joint marketing evens as well as activities to strengthen brand presence in key ecosystems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all event materials.
  • Analyze event performance metrics and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure innovative and effective event marketing strategies.
  • Define and execute communication strategies and organization coordination for key internal events, including town halls and employee engagement events
  • Develop marketing collaterals (such as presentation deck, event invitation, souvenir etc.) aimed at generating stronger brand equity, increasing our engagement with stakeholders

you bring:

  • BA/BS degree in related disciplines, or equivalent practical experience
  • At least 5 years in marketing or related field, for B2B product/services, technology company, marketing agency or related fields
  • Lesser experience will be considered as Marketing Specialist
  • Good command of spoken/written English and Chinese
  • Organized, self-motivated, able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and work independently.
