Description and Requirements
This role is part of Lenovo's Global Future Leaders Program which engages high-achieving, driven students by immersing them into the world of a global technology powerhouse. In your first three years, you will participate in a cross-border/cross-organization rotation to engage with key stakeholders, gain deep insight into our organization, and develop comprehensive leadership skills while making a global impact. Our goal is to fast-track you to leadership by year five. In your role as Solution Product Manager with our Intelligent Device Group (PC and Smart Devices) you will:
- Work with cross-function teams to define and design Chrome solutions from conception to launch by meeting the technical and business needs of customers
- Understand our end-users and customers' user journeys, map pain points, and distill user needs and feedback into a product roadmap
- Identify value-added features and business values, and direct feature prioritization.
- Collaborate and communicate with engineering teams on solution product development and technical feasibility
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above with graduation between 2024 and August 2025.
2. Target Majors: Computer Science, Electronic or Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Math, or Physics.
3. Intern, and project experience
4. Leadership experience via work, school or community
Nice to have:
1. Strong intellectual curiosity and learning agility and ambition
2. Strong Interpersonal skills
3. A good team player
4. MBA is a plus
5. Experience with AI/Machine Learning/Software
6. Development/UIUX design is a plus
