Description and Requirements

Can you establish, manage, and maintain relationships with our Channel Partners?

Do you understand the customer needs so you can provide tailored solutions using Lenovo products and services? Then read on and join our team!

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Monitor market conditions, trends, and competitor activity to identify business opportunities

• Provide insights to internal teams to adjust and improve sales strategies

• Achieve and exceed sales quotas and targets

• Train and support resellers on Lenovo's product portfolio, benefits, and features

• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.

• Provide accurate sales forecasts and updates

• Work closely with 4P, Ops, Marketing and Sales/Distribution teams to execute sales initiatives

What do we expect from you?

• 3-5 years of sales experience in IT/PC hardware, preferably within the SMB segment

• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

• Strong understanding of the SMB customer base and market dynamics

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Strong problem-solving skills and result-driven approach.

• Fluent Russian and good command of English is an advantage

• Understanding and in-depth knowledge of products and services, industry trends, and competition.

• Experience in the market of Uzbekistan is highly desirable
