Description and Requirements

Join our team and help us build the annual Business Plans related to both the partner and Lenovo's Distribution Strategy. In this role you will design and execute strategic quarterly business plan aligning market intelligence with campaign, forecast and inventory management achieving market share ambitions.

You can be based in Almaty (Kazakhstan), Tbilisi (Georgia) or Baku (Azerbaijan) as you will travel to partner locations across the EECA region.

What else is waiting for you in this role?

• Establish, manage, and maintain relationships with Distributors - at executive, management, product manager and sales representative level
• Pro-active strategic business & marketing planning to show high levels of ROI, increased share of wallet and focused activities around higher AUR products
• Own ongoing analysis of metrics & business performance to produce weekly report for business presentation & relevant actions with recommendations
• Prepare, attend and support quarterly business reviews with each of the distributors
• Build, maintain and develop Channel Programs to accelerate growth and achieve financial targets. Articulate Lenovo's 360 value proposition
• Ensure distributors are successfully applying the Reseller partner program by providing tailored channel sales enablement.
• Maintain expertise on focus products and overall industry trends

What do we expect from you?

• 5+ years proven track record in sales and account management and Distribution/Channel environment

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster trust and collaboration with distributor partners

• Ability to build relationships and to identify / work with Key decision makers in Distribution

• Ability to travel as required to our Partners and Customers locations

• Fluent in Russian and with good command of spoken and written English (B2 or higher)

• Understanding and in-depth knowledge of products and services, industry trends, and competition.

• Be able to identify business opportunities, act on them and bring to fruition.

• Have an entrepreneurial approach, be able to work on challenging targets and under pressure.
