Description and Requirements

We are looking for a highly dynamic individual with good relationship and communication skills along with executive level business acumen and Account Management experience.

As a Smart Collaboration Relationship Business Development Manager for Lenovo, you will be responsible for driving Workplace Collaboration opportunities through new and existing customers. You are a key member of the Benelux Smart Collaboration Team and pivotal in ensuring the success of Lenovo's profit and revenue goals. You report to our EMEA Smart Collaboration Sales Manager and will be responsible to:

  • Own the end to end process of strategic planning for the Enterprise, Public Sector (EPS) and Global Accounts (GA) segments
  • Drive high-touch actions to maximize revenue and profit, while monitoring daily results and preparing weekly and monthly analysis..
  • Understand Lenovo's portfolio of award-winning Collaboration (A/V) solutions and develop strategies to help new and existing customers find and implement the best solutions.
  • Be customer-client facing and share your deep industry experience- identify, cultivate, and close net new business, demonstrate your expertise working with large deals at the C level.

What you bring:

  • Ability to position Lenovo's products and value proposition. Have can-do attitude & easily navigate complex environments while being at the center of business proposition among local EPS and GA colleagues
  • Working knowledge of the AV Resellers and UC technologies is preferred
  • Proven track record in Sales funnel management, strategic selling, acquisition, and account management in the IT industry
  • An entrepreneurial approach that is imaginative, smart, passionate, and approachable.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English. French is an advantage

This position will require travel, estimated at 50% across Belgium and Netherlands.
