Description and Requirements
The EMEA Servers and Options Product Manager for the field manages and guides products through their entire lifecycle in the EMEA regions. Reporting to the EMEA Segments team, this role is responsible for all servers, options, and networking offerings, supporting sellers in the markets to successfully position and propose the products to win opportunities and grow market share. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of product management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Product Coverage: Manage servers, options, and networking products.
- Lifecycle Management: Ensure product lifecycle dates align with supplier and market changes.
- Technical Support: Support sellers and technical sellers with technical inquiries.
- Business Plan Development: Assist in developing and executing business plans.
- Product Disclosure: Prepare and review new product disclosure decks.
- Sales Team Support: Assist country sales teams with disclosures about upcoming products.
- Feedback Collection: Collect and share feedback from markets with the global team.
- Product Launch Management: Manage product launches in EMEA, ensuring product guides and configurators are accurate and meet market needs.
Qualifications:
- Technical Background: Strong technical background with familiarity in the server and storage industry.
- Product Management Expertise: Strong understanding of product management and lifecycle management.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Market Analysis Skills: Experience in market analysis and feedback integration.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in product configurators and guide creation.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.
