Description and Requirements

We are looking for a Senior UX Designer with extensive experience in designing intuitive, user-centric web experiences for a diverse global audience. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of user behavior, industry best practices, and emerging trends in web design. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into innovative design solutions that enhance user engagement, customer satisfaction, and improve conversion rates.

Essential Functions:

  • Lead the UX design process for our global web platforms, including websites, product marketing pages, and other digital assets.
  • Champion user-centered design principles throughout the organization, advocating for the needs and preferences of our global audience.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to visualize design concepts and communicate ideas effectively.
  • Iterate on designs based on feedback, data insights, and usability findings to continuously improve the user experience.
  • Collaborate with creative teams, cross-functional partners, developers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and prioritize design initiatives.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions and ensure optimal user experiences.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX/UI design, and incorporate them into our design process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing web design projects and user-centered design solutions.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar software.
  • Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts, rationale, and recommendations to cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working in an agile development environment and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
  • Experience within a global team and localization of web projects is a plus.
