Description and Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Verify Replenishment Requests: Assess requests considering market and BU inventory levels, supply supportiveness, MOQ, and MOT.
  • Order Flow Management: Ensure smooth and timely order generation and release.
  • Support Quick Shipments: Facilitate quick customer order shipments through stock balancing, in-transit adjustments, re-vendor, and re-routing, with proper communication.
  • Backlog Management: Proactively manage backlogs with a clear view of supply and production.
  • Order Change Support: Provide quick support for order cancellations, reductions, RSD, and priority code changes.
  • Monitor Goods In-Transit: Track goods in-transit and ETA to ensure timely book-in by the distribution center.
  • Handle Delivery Queries: Address delivery and customer queries related to orders, providing effective solutions for case closure.
  • Inventory Control: Work closely with 4P and OSM on inventory control through data analysis and methods like moving to distributor, rework, ONS consumption, and brokering.

Qualifications:

  • Supply Chain Experience: At least 3+ years of work experience in supply chain management.
  • Fluent English: Proficiency in both oral and written English.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office; skills in PBI, Python, Tableau, SQL are preferred.
  • Logical Thinking: Strong logical thinking and data analysis capabilities.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with a sense of business drive and urgency.
  • Proactive and Independent: Ability to work proactively, independently, and responsibly.
  • Quick Learner: Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new processes and work under pressure.
  • Process Optimization: Experience in assisting process optimization projects to enhance efficiency, reduce lead-time, and achieve cost savings.

Base gross monthly salary from 1800 EUR , depending on experience + variable part 12% of your annual earnings.
