Description and Requirements

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead and support strategy initiatives to address CEO and senior executive imperatives
  • Lead analysis of industry trends and competitor actions on current strategy and business focus
  • Provide analysis and insight, deep dive critical strategic questions at the corporate level
  • Work closely with BU and Geo colleagues to drive initiatives and alignment
  • Prepare critical-level presentations on multiple strategic forums

Skills and profiles

  • Strong analytical skill and hypothesis-driven problem-solving skills
  • Detailed oriented, and possess a strong capability of critical thinking to solve complex issues
  • Team player with demonstrated leadership skills
  • Excellent written & verbal communication and interpersonal skills, both in Mandarin and English
  • An MBA degree from a top school is preferable; Overseas experience is a plus
  • Candidate MUST have 4-6 years of experience from top consulting companies with solid performance track record (McKinsey, Bain, BCG); Successful candidates should possess a strong passion for technology
