Description and Requirements

To help enforce our core values of integrity and trust, Lenovo is seeking a dynamic Senior Ethics and Compliance Specialist to play a key role in enhancing Lenovo's global ethics and compliance program. The position will report to the Senior Manager, Ethics & Compliance. This role will support the overall success of the ethics and compliance program by supporting both local, geo-specific, and global program projects and initiatives, including:

  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to integrity and alignment with Lenovo's company values and Code of Conduct
  • Provide prompt and sound guidance to employees and business leaders globally, acting as a subject matter expert on the company's Code of Conduct and related policies, including, but not limited to, the Global Anti-Bribery and Corruption, Conflicts of Interest, and Gift and Entertainment Policies
  • Support assessment of legal and compliance risk and perform analysis, monitoring, and reporting on key program metrics
  • Maintain subject matter expertise on anti-bribery and corruption laws, including the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, the U.K. Bribery Act, and other applicable rules, regulations and trends in the industry and corporate geographies
  • Create and effectively deliver engaging compliance training, presentations, and communications both locally and throughout the organization
  • Establish and maintain excellent cross-functional relationships within the business and various internal partners, including members of legal, HR and internal audit
  • Conduct reviews of gifts and entertainment related requests from the business
  • Develop, collect, and analyze key program metrics to test and ensure effective corporate-wide program implementation
  • Maintain, enhance, and develop anti-bribery and corruption program policies, procedures, and processes
  • Evaluate program components, recognizes and contributes to continuous improvement opportunities, carries out special projects as assigned to support Lenovo's Global Ethics and Compliance Program

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • 5 years' experience in an audit, legal, compliance, risk and control position at a multinational company, law firm, or professional service firm
  • At least 3 years of experience with U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), and equivalent international anti-bribery and corruption laws and regulations.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including strong mastery of the English language, both written and verbal
  • Team player and consensus builder who can effectively and efficiently collaborate and build relationships with employees and business colleagues across the organization
  • Project management experience, including the ability to manage a number and variety of mission-critical projects

Base gross monthly salary from 1 800 EUR, depending on experience + variable part 12% of your annual earnings.
