Description and Requirements
工作内容:
1. 监控项目团队的交付进度和质量,带领交付团队完成SAP的项目实施以及团队的日常管理工作
2. 负责SAP Basis服务的日常运维并与主要利益相关者进行服务审查
3. 重大事件的协调、沟通和复盘;
4. 熟悉行业最佳实践,能独立出具整体解决方案,针对业务的核心需求,有较好的引导力;
5. 根据相关合同和SOW设计,部署和安排项目进度,支持和指导项目团队完成项目交付并获得客户的认可;
6. 在项目执行过程中与客户紧密联系,确保项目的顺利实施,并协助销售团队完成货款回收,建设性地处理客户投诉;
7. 协助销售团队完成投标阶段的投标准备、投标咨询、投标等工作,协助收集行业最新资讯,为SAP售前工作提供指导和建议;
8. 良好的领导力和沟通协调能力,能够确保并持续提高交付团队的入住率,规范项目方案和项目管理方法,制定成功的交付流程并顺利实施;
9. 良好定期组织会议,总结和汇报工作进度,根据政策控制项目成本预算,完成交付团队的绩效评估
任职要求:
1、具备良好的客户服务意识和跨团队沟通协调能力。
2、具备良好的沟通技能和团队管理能力
3、对ITIL有深刻的理解
4、5-10年的SAP相关从业经验,拥有1个以上超大型项目交付管理经验
5、本科及以上学历
6、良好的英语听说读写能力
