Description and Requirements

Sales Operations Manager for Indonesia

Position description:

- Coordinates sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes used within the sales organization.
- Proactively monitors and strives to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization's planning efforts. As needed, coordinate planning activities with other functions and stakeholders within the firm.
• Supports the equitable assignment of sales quotas and ensures quotas are optimally allocated to all sales channels and resources.
- Proactively identifies opportunities for sales process improvement.
- Coordinate up with Finance departments to set up programs and ensure timely settlement of schemes and affordability payout
- Responsible for the efficient allocation of technology, support, and training resources impacting the sales organization.
- Assists sales management in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies. Facilitates an organization of continuous process improvement.
- Monitors the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales reports and other intelligence essential to the sales organization. Recommends revisions to existing reports, or assists in the development of new reporting tools as needed.

-Effectively maintain and keep current customer/channel partner information and sales opportunities.

  • MBA (or equivalent Master's degree) with at least 7+ years of experience in managing sales , sales operation & Stakeholder management
  • Ability to think both strategically and tactically and to drive execution.
  • Strong process management, prioritization, and multi-tasking capabilities.
  • Experience in data analytics & program management
  • Experience in Mobile(handset) Industry knowledge would be preferred.
  • Experience in Managing medium/large size process improvement /kaizen projects
