Description and Requirements

In this role, you will support and develop best-in-class analytics and reporting capabilities across EMEA for Lenovo, working closely with strategic business analyst teams. You will drive actionable insights and data intelligence across regions, providing critical information to key stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity to influence and enhance analytics capabilities across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Maintain Reporting Solutions: Collaborate with strategic business analyst teams and other stakeholders to build comprehensive reporting solutions using Power BI, Excel, Tableau, Qlik, and SQL, incorporating multiple data sources such as chat, call, and sales data.
  • Data Analysis and Insight Generation: Utilize multi-source data to identify actionable insights and trends, enabling sales teams and managers to enhance performance and resolve potential issues proactively.
  • Real-Time Data Collaboration: Work closely with different teams across Lenovo and other GEOs to ensure real-time data availability and accuracy for EMEA eCommerce.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and track the performance of Inside Sales Representatives, including sales performance, conversion rates, activity levels, and attachment rates, providing regular feedback and insights.
  • Forecasting and Trend Analysis: Use data analysis to assist in forecasting trends and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the eCommerce space.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Clearly communicate complex data insights to key stakeholders, ensuring data is presented in a way that drives informed decision-making.
  • Project Involvement: Represent EMEA eCommerce teams in various projects, contributing data intelligence and analytics expertise to support project goals.
  • Reporting Coordination: Work closely with the reporting team to bring data insights to life, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and relevance in all reporting outputs.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within data agencies, technology suppliers, or call centers, with a strong understanding of eCommerce analytics.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Power BI, Excel, Tableau, Qlik, and SQL, with proven experience in developing dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Data Management: Solid experience working with and analyzing 'big data' in a workforce management context, ensuring insights are actionable and relevant.
  • Analytical Mindset: Highly organized, with a strong analytics mentality, inquisitive about customer behavior, and capable of generating valuable insights from data.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data themes clearly to stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Management: Comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels, demonstrating the ability to influence and communicate effectively.
  • Proactive and Self-Motivated: Demonstrates a positive "can do" attitude, with the ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
