Description and Requirements

Job descriptions:

  1. New product instruction for repair projects, drive day-to-day activities to meet overall project objectives.
  2. Drive project's issue resolution, schedule, cost, quality, etc.
  3. Validate NPI data, billing, and repair cost.
  4. Coordinate with service PE team to build repair capability, enable and assess vendor and solve NPI issues.
  5. NPI performance improvement, improve repair yield and readiness rate, shorten turnaround time.


Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree or above in Project Management/Computer Science/Electrical Engineering or relevant.
  2. 3+ years' experience in NPI management, PC motherboard or LCD production industry is preferred.
  3. Strong problem-solving and communication skill with clients, repair vendors, and cross-function teams.
  4. Data-driven, self-motivation, working under pressure, accept regular business trip.
  5. Strong communication skills (in both Mandarin Chinese and English) - verbal, written and executive presentations.
