Important part of sustainability efforts is product circular economy. If we as a society continue using our resources in the same make-use-dispose linear way, we are going to need more than 2 and half planet earth resources to sustain this consumption growth. This is why it is important to move from linear to circular economy where we enable means to extend product lifecycle. Refurbishment is a good example of giving products second life and mitigating environmental impacts related to productions and consumption.

Our Global Sustainability Services Team is looking for a passionate member for newly created role of Refurbishment Quality Performance Analyst, to monitor refurbishment services quality performance globally.

Your Responsibilities;

Ensure global refurbished hardware consistent quality by:

• Collecting, clean and validate all required data inputs needed for quality performance analysis from various systems and manual feeds
• Creating performance analysis methods and best practices in order to analyze quality performance
• Regularly (and add hoc if needed) running performance analysis of all global refurbishment (internal and external) operations in order to identify negative trends in product failure rates
• Thoroughly investigate and track resolution of performance issues in order to identify root causes
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to provide actionable insights.
• Create regular performance analysis summary report and present to the key stakeholders
• Support enablement of new processes in refurbishment management system by providing ideas, supporting testing of new solutions.
• Other activities required to drive development and execution of WW refurbishment capabilities and business models

Qualifications:

• 3+ years experience in similar role such as product and service operations/reporting or data and/or performance analysis.
• PC repair or refurbishment operations, or quality management knowledge is a strong advantage.
• Experience with vendor and kpi management, or operational performance analytics and performance management skills are strong advantage.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as Excel, SQL, and/or Python.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Interest in sustainability and circular economy will help to fuel the passion for the role
• Language: English B2 Upper intermediate

Base gross monthly salary starts from 1800 EUR. The final offer could be, of course, negotiated higher than the advertised minimum - it all depends on your experience! In addition, there is also variable part (a bonus) in value of 12% of your annual earnings.

You will report to SSG (Solutions & Services Group) organization structure.

SSG has been focusing on the expanding IT service market, especially the digital workplace services opportunity, the growing demand for aaS (as a Service) model, and customers' stronger preference for sustainability services. Meanwhile, SSG has continued to invest in software tools, platforms, and repeatable vertical solutions with our own IP, and focus on vertical solutions in manufacturing, retail, healthcare, education, and Smart City. We are expanding TruScale as a Service to include Digital Workplace Solutions, developing our Hybrid Cloud solutions, and exploring Metaverse solutions.
