Description and Requirements

Position Description:

Lenovo's Data Center Group, Cloud Service Provider (ISG, CSP) Segment is seeking a qualified Offering Delivery Team Lead (ODTL) whose primary mission is to lead cross-functional, cross-geography project team (ODT team) to plan, execute and deliver CSP Offerings and Solutions - major focus on Compute, Storage and GPU product line. It is an individual contributor role that requires senior level of project management and operations skills, the ability to communicate comfortably both verbally and in writing at a senior business leadership level (Director, Executive Director, VP) as well as clients, and strong critical thinking skills. The ODTL must be willing to work "outside the box" to find solutions and solve problems in a deadline driven environment, to make sure the assigned project can be delivered on time and controlled within budget.

Job Responsibilities:

• Understand and manage project scope to deliver within the time / cost restraints
• Ensure E2E process will be executed as designed. Identify and communicate gaps
• Ownership and management of project deliverables
• Lead the ODT team to understand the project charter and to complete project objectives
• Ensure appropriate team membership / functional representation
• Develop and execute project schedule
• Manage the Decision Checkpoint Process for the project
• Monitor execution, Drive functional commitments to deliver, and Provide timely / accurate project status updates
• Own project risk management planning and change control
• Escalate issues to management level as required
• Performs regular Lessons Learned with the team to ensure project and process improvements are captured

• Interface with customer as a Project Owner

Position Requirements:

• Background in Compute, Storage or GPU product line is required.
• Work experience in OEM/ODM/System Integration companies in Data Center industry is preferred.
• Senior level of project management skills;

• PMI certificate is preferred, and will be considered to hire at senior band.

• Strong customer focus and business sense on financial P&L analysis, MBA degree is a plus.
• Fluent English oral, written and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic multi-culture environment with global function team across different time zones.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across diverse stakeholders to ensure responsiveness to deliverables and deadlines, alignment with project imperatives, and drive action.
• Ability to lead effectively through complexity and ambiguity, with strong critical thinking, analysis skills and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, balance competing priorities, and be flexible and creative. Proven track record in project management of complex projects.

• Ability to maintain composure and perseverance in a deadline-driven environment.
• Familiar with MS Excel, PowerPoint and Project schedule tools.

• Strong customer communication skillset and maintain trusted relationship.
