Description and Requirements

We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic individual to fill the role of Project Manager for our Workstation Customer Engagements. This role requires a technical and versatile professional to coordinate customer meetings and feedback sessions, manage product shipments for customers, partners, and industry events, and oversee the project management of our workstation configuration process to support our sales teams. Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement sessions:

  • Organize and coordinate customer meetings and events.
  • Engage with customers, gather feedback, and relay important insights to relevant teams.
  • Develop agendas, schedules, and materials for customer sessions.
  • Ensure effective communication between customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare summary reports with key findings and insights from customer events

Product Shipment Coordination:

  • Plan and manage the shipment of Workstation products to customers, partners, and industry events.
  • Coordinate with logistics providers to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Onboard new vendors into Global Vendor Management platform, and process vendor invoices.
  • Track and monitor shipments, resolving any issues that arise.
  • Maintain inventory records and manage product availability for events.

Configuration Tool Project Management:

  • Oversee the project management of our configuration process across multiple functional areas.
  • Collaborate with software developers, Vertical managers, Product Managers, Geo teams, and other stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree
  • 5+ years experience in a project management role
  • Must be able to work onsite in the Raleigh office.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Past experience working with Software or Hardware Development teams
  • Past experience working with multiple stakeholders, customers, sales teams, etc.
  • Event Management experience
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

This position will be based in our North America Headquarters in Raleigh, NC. To be considered, candidates need to be local to Raleigh or willing to relocate on their own.
