Description and Requirements

We are looking for a recently graduated Jr. Manufacturing Engineer to support the implementation of new technologies and automation in our plant. The ideal candidate should have advanced knowledge of English, previous internship experience and skills in Excel and Power BI. This position involves working on various activities related to manufacturing process optimization and continuous improvement implementation.

Responsibilities:

- Project Support: Collaborate in the implementation of new technologies and automation solutions.

- Manufacturing KPIs: Monitor and track key manufacturing KPIs to ensure production targets are met.

- Line Implementation: Participate in the implementation of new production lines, ensuring their efficient integration into existing processes.

- Operating Accounts: Manage and review operating accounts to ensure efficiency and accuracy in reporting and analysis.

- BMS Assurance: Ensure compliance with the Manufacturing Management System (BMS), ensuring that all processes are aligned with established standards.

- Action Plans: Follow up on action plans to solve problems and improve manufacturing processes.

- Lean Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement: Support Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and reduce waste.

- Layout Redesign: Contribute to the redesign of plant layouts to maximize operational efficiency.

- Process Review: Review and ensure proper tracking of manufacturing processes, identifying areas of improvement and proposing effective solutions.

Requirements:

- Education: Recent Engineering graduate

- Experience: Previous internship experience in a manufacturing environment.

- Technical Skills: Knowledge in Excel and Power BI (preferred).

- Languages: Advanced English (mus)
