Description and Requirements

As part of the Global Monetization Team you will be responsible for implementing new business opportunities as well as ensuring the solution's success and sustained growth by driving strategic initiatives and roadmap. We're looking for a driven individual with an entrepreneurial spirit that has experience coordinate, delivering results and to provide solutions based on Monetization Business insight.

Scope of responsibilities:

  • Coordinate projects for the Global Monetization Team.
  • Collaborate with technical, product, engineering, QA and business teams, to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Drive ownership, follow-through of actions and tasks, including creating change requests to development teams (ie. CRs, Technical tests, etc)
  • Analyze and understand trends in key metrics, drive corrective actions and investigations.
  • Control supporting material for internal communication (ie. Operational Reviews, Deep Dives, etc)
  • Experience collaborating with channel partners, systems integrators, and third-party developers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key partners, fostering strong relationships.

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor's an engineering degree is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to speak and write in English and Portuguese fluently, daily routine with a Global Team.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving with experience translating business requirements into technological solutions.
  • Lead global meetings with multiple teams in English and with weekly syncs.
  • Data drive mindset and experience.
  • Demonstrated tech acumen, systems knowledge, and overall business insight.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of tasks and responsibilities.
  • Superior Microsoft Planner, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Drive, Cloud skills, etc
  • Experience with Jira, Qlik, SQL, Power BI, Brio or Hyperion would be advantageous.
  • Team player attitude with the ability to work proactively & autonomously.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and strategic abilities
  • Superior communications skills, both verbal and written, as well as refined presentation skills with the ability to present to a leadership team on a weekly basis

Frequency: Hybrid (3 days at the Office, 2 at Home)
