Description and Requirements
This role is part of Lenovo's Global Future Leaders Program which engages high-achieving, driven students by immersing them into the world of a global technology powerhouse. In your first three years, you will participate in a cross-border/cross-organization rotation to engage with key stakeholders, gain deep insight into our organization, and develop comprehensive leadership skills while making a global impact. Our goal is to fast-track you to leadership by year five. 1. Product strategy and planning management
(1) Research on customer and market demands and trends, learn and deep dive into technical opportunities to define future product portfolio strategic directions
(2) Lead the product definition and collaborate with RDIndustrial design, and cross-supply chain functions to enable the product to reach the market
(3) Drive and work with cross-team to seek innovation potentials for new customer demands and use scenarios for N+1 and plus products
2. Product line PnL and lifecycle management
(1) work with Geo and Salesaccount team to make sure product sales ramp up and over-achieve PnL targets (CA, revenue and profits)
(2) Monitor its product line's regular demand and supply status and step in with new solutions if facing shortage or competition challenges
(3) Monitor and drive continuous product cost improvement
1. Bachelor's degree or above with graduation between September 2024 and August 2025

5. Strong capability in presentation and communication
6. Fluent in English and Mandarin (Chinese)
