Description and Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  •   Champion the adoption and effective use of Studio AI and Navigator across Lenovo's internal teams.

  •   Conduct product demonstrations to internal stakeholders, highlighting use cases and benefits.

  •   Act as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting, user support, and product feedback collection.

  •   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and usage of AI tools in business processes.

  •   Advocate for the products internally, ensuring consistent usage and identifying areas for improvement or expansion.

  •   Alleviate time spent by senior leadership on external product communications and demos by taking ownership of product representation and training.

  •   Continuously drive engagement by promoting the products through internal channels and initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience:

  •   Proven experience in project management, particularly in the AI/technology space.

  •   Strong communication and presentation skills with a track record of conducting product demos.

  •   Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across diverse teams and organizational levels.

  •   Familiarity with AI-powered solutions, especially within the sales, marketing, or enterprise productivity domains.

  •   Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot issues and propose effective solutions.
