Description and Requirements

Oversee daily operations to maintain and improve the efficiency of production lines.
Lead continuous improvement projects to optimize processes and increase productivity.
Develop and implement waste reduction initiatives to enhance cost savings.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow and resolve operational challenges.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence of issues.
Support the implementation of new technologies and automation to enhance production capabilities.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Provide training and guidance to production staff on best practices and process improvements.
