Job Title : Manager - Process Engineering
Location : NOIDA , NCR
Job Description :
Qualification :-
- or equivalent
- in Mobile phone manufacturing Process and Process Machine management.
Skills Required :
- mobile phone manufacturing process ( SMT / Assembly )excellence initiatives across the organization with EMS partner.
- Hands on experienced in Process equipment and fixtures development ( SMT Machines- Mounter , Printer , AOI, Reflow , Assemble Machines - Glue dispense , Auto Screwing , Plasma cleaning and Pressing machines , clean room)
- Able to manage cross -functional team and working with internal , EMS partner and ODM to delivery NPI and mass production of mobile phone manufacturing.
- Load cell.
- Impression validation to meet lead factory requirements.
- Formulate the template to retrieve performance affecting factors.
- Well knowledge in manufacturing yield , Capacity calculation ,PFMEA , CP & CPK.
- able to handle Engineering Change note.
- Experienced in fixture debug , CAD / Solid works and fixture Localization
- Should be passionate team player , Proactive thinking , Risk assessment and handling.
- Can be able to translate data into actionable insights, strategies, and plan.
- Driving improvement projects for process optimization and cost savings initiatives.
Responsibilities :-
- identifying process bottleneck
- Maintain the declared process and equipment specification by doing frequent line audit. Drive EMS partner to close audit action items.
- Review and approve NPI Equipment specification and SOP
- To optimize process cycle time and ensure line capacity based on volume forecast.
- budgets. Manage Asset details and audits reports. Track and handle ECN implementation
- Review NPI reports , EMS Capacity planning and OEE reports.
- Coordinate with ODM and Lead site team to execute manufacturing process in a smooth way.
- Local vendor development and fixture localization .
