Description and Requirements
职位描述:
1、 通过全面且有针对性地市场调查,确定目标用户群并根据用户的核心需求来规划产品(包含硬件规格及目标成本和零售价格,软件功能、体验目标等),推动相应的研发组织确认技术选择,并推动业务管理部门确定上市时间、推广策略以及渠道布局;
2、 根据产品的生命周期及销量预期,快速协调研发、营销、运营等部门,第一时间确定实施产品应对策略,以及其他一系列相关的产品管理活动;提升用户体验,并推动公司战略目标的实现;
3、 目前在寻找聚焦在高端产品赛道的Super PM,一起探索在移动生产力赛道上未来诸多的可能性!
任职要求:
1、本科及以上学历,计算机科学、电子工程、工业设计或相关专业;
2、工作经验:至少8年以上电子产品或移动互联网行业工作经验,在软件/OS产品及体验上有丰富经验,同时具备硬件产品背景;
3、专业知识:深入了解终端类产品行业趋势、技术架构、用户行为及市场策略;熟悉产品开发流程、项目管理方法及质量管理体系;
4、领导能力:具备出色的团队领导力和项目管理能力,能够激发团队潜能,推动团队高效运作;
5、市场敏锐度:对市场变化保持高度敏感,能够准确把握市场趋势和用户需求;
6、创新思维:具有创新思维和前瞻性思维,能够不断探索新的产品方向和技术应用;
7、优秀的沟通协调能力和跨部门协作能力,能够高效推动跨部门项目合作;
8、良好的英语听说读写能力,进行国际交流。
