We are seeking a technically orientated enthusiast to join our Lenovo Premier Support team. As a member of our team, you will assist customers in overcoming their technical challenges with your wide range of IT knowledge. Location: Essen or Stuttgart, hybrid work model, combining both remote and in-office work
Your Responsibilities:
- Responding to technical inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Assisting customers with basic troubleshooting and problem resolution
- Explaining technical issues in an easy-to-understand manner
- Ensuring an outstanding customer experience through professional service
- Documenting customer inquiries and solutions in our ticketing system
Your Profile:
- A strong interest in IT and a basic understanding of technical concepts
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics simply
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a dynamic environment
- Flexibility and quick adaptability to new situations
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office products is a plus
- Business fluent German and English on B2 level
