Description and Requirements
This role is part of Lenovo's Global Future Leaders Program which engages high-achieving, driven students by immersing them into the world of a global technology powerhouse. In your first three years, you will participate in a cross-border/cross-organization rotation to engage with key stakeholders, gain deep insight into our organization, and develop comprehensive leadership skills while making a global impact. Our goal is to fast-track you to leadership by year five. This Global Future Leader role is hosted in Lenovo's enterprise-wide, Global Organization Development Team which is part of the Human Resources department. As a member of our vibrant, global HR community you will provide key project support for:
1. Talent Management and Movement Strategy
2. Strategic Business Alignment Initiatives
3. Lenovo Listens (annual employee survey), Voice of Employee, Org Assessment & Development
4. Top 100 Leader Initiatives
5. Strategic Culture Alignment Initiatives
6. HR Executive Committee Initiatives
7. You will provide consultation and execution in three or more of the following OD disciplines:
- Talent Management & Movement Strategy (including talent planning and succession)
- Org Survey Development & Analytics (i.e., org health, voice of employee)
- Individual Psychometric Assessments for Selection and Development
- Organizational Design
- Change Management
1. Bachelor degree or above with graduation between September 2024 and August 2025
2. Psychology, Behavioral Sciences or related field education and experience preferred; bachelor's degree required, master's degree preferred
3. Basic Org Research Design Methodology
4. Basic understanding of Multivariate Statistics
5. Project Management
6. Chinese and English Language Proficiency
7. Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills
8. PPT Design for Executive Presentations
9. Excel for data manipulation and data visualization
10. Major in Psychology, Human Resources is preferred
11.Internship in consulting firms or Organization Development departments is preferred.
12. Fluent in English and Mandarin (Chinese)
