Description and Requirements

We are looking for an Order Fulfillment Specialist who will support EMEA region for ISG (Infrastructure Solution Group). Our team is responsible for supporting customers from an Order validation perspective and for fulfilling business requirements in terms of order changes. We cooperate closely with other teams such as Customer Fulfillment, ISSR, Order execution or sales.

Position Description:

  • Validate customer orders in accordance with Firm Order Policy requirements and other business process guidelines.
  • Manage order fulfillment within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Coordinate with other Lenovo functions to resolve front-end issues preventing orders from being loaded.
  • Ensure transactional billing accuracy.
  • Perform electronic filing of customer orders and supporting documentation.
  • Handle critical order management, backlog tracking, and supply position consolidation.
  • Assist in data analysis related to order performance metrics.

Position Requirements:

  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize and document problem resolution.
  • Basic SAP knowledge.

  • Customer fulfillment or sales support experience.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in supply chain or operations is welcome.

Base gross monthly salary from minimum 1500 EUR and above, depending on experience + variable part 12% of your annual earnings.
