Description and Requirements

Responsibilities:

1. Verify replenishment request by considering market & BU inventory level/supply supportiveness/MOQ/MOT etc.

2. Ensure smooth and timely order-flow from order generation and release

3. Support customer order quick shipment by stock (balance if needed)/in-transit/re-vendor/re-route, proper shipment communication with Frond-end/customers

4. Proactively backlog management with clear supply/production view

5. Quick order-change support on cancellation/reduction/RSD/priority code

6. Monitor goods in-transit and ETA to ensure timely book-in by DC

7. Handle delivery/customer queries related regards to customer order and provide effective solution to help cases closure

8. Closely work with 4P and OSM on health inventory control by clear data analysis and methods adoption (move to distributor/rework/ONS consumption/broker) after well-balance of FGI minimization and sales needs

9. Deal with repl. and inventory related cases and provide report-support to ensure all necessary actions are in placed timely and steps controlled within Lenovo agreed service lead time

10. Assist process optimization projects to enhance process efficiency, reduce lead-time/cost-saving etc.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above

2. English - fluent oral and written

3. Proficiency in Microsoft office, ability on data analysis (PBI/Python/Tableau/SQL etc. ), AI skill(RPA/ power automate ) is preferred.

4. Good logical thinking, communication skills and data analysis capability with sense of business drive and urgency

5. Proactive, independent, responsible

6. Quick learner, work under pressure

7. Fresh graduates is considered
