Description and Requirements

Experience & Skills

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree with additional qualification in the commercial field is preferred.
  • Experience: 12-15 years working experience; 7-10 Years in Business Finance & Risk management
  • Excellent command over verbal & written English Language
  • Skilled in Excel, Analytical tools
  • Persistent, detail-oriented, able to multitask

Job Deliverables:

  • Lead commercial proposal development and execution of the signed-off commercial details.
  • Organizes and leads deal reviews & decision meetings to ensure that technical and commercial risks are addressed and incorporated into our offers
  • Management of various internal and external stakeholders
  • Commercial rigor in all the ASD-related commercial activities.
  • High work standard and quality - with 100% compliance with the agreed processes.
  • Work closely with the Operations team to ensure that cost estimates fully reflect the entire scope of work
  • Manages contract renewal including price indexation with public customers
  • Archiving of Contract and Non-contract documentation (proposal, signed contract, SR, invoice ...)
  • Frequent reviews with project managers upon project closure to reconcile estimated to actual costs
  • Work closely with Sales and Project managers to support the region's bidding & risk management strategies to improve win rates for the region
  • Support the Sales team with client meeting/ client requirements and projects in close coordination with the delivery of commercial aspects of the project.
  • Work closely with management for pricing strategy
  • Develop proposals and statements of work for the client projects with an aim to standardize the template to enhance turn-around time
  • Translate the insights from client interactions and industry experience into suitable inputs for supporting the product development roadmap

  • Proficiency in leading both physical and virtual teams
  • Experience in dealing with third-party-provided services
  • Operational ability in a diverse, large-scale environment
  • Exceptional customer-facing skills
  • Expertise in people management and leadership
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be self-motivated, work well in a geographically dispersed, collaborative team environment, exhibit a positive and professional attitude, and pay attention to detail.
  • Responsible for driving, meeting, and exceeding the agreed KPIs with customers, publishing dashboards, and analytics, reducing process gaps, process re-engineering, and process quality
  • Drive Ops excellence, focus on BMS, Cost/CX/KPI improvement
  • Provide quality response to all requests from India / AP Service management.
  • Participate actively in Process optimization and efficiency improvement
  • Must possess the initiative and drive to gain a broader knowledge of the ASD deliverables
