Description and Requirements

You will

  • Carryout procurement operation of spares and services for individual government projects
  • Carryout logistics support on stock and inventory management
  • Manage and update vendor information
  • Coordinate with Units on application form checking and proceeding order
  • Coordinate with vendor on goods receiving and invoicing
  • Maintain weekly procurement and billing record
  • Support operation Units on stock in-outbound arrangement
  • Prepare data and report of stock transaction
  • Support office administration work

You bring

  • Higher Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics Management or other disciplines
  • 1 year working experience in office administration, procurement or logistics management is preferred
  • Good in written and verbal Chinese and English
  • Good communication skill, details-oriented and multitasking

Working Hours: 42.5 hours per week; Monday to Friday

Working Location: Corporate Office in Tai Kok Tsui
