Description and Requirements

Primary Responsibilities:

-Conduct performance tests / benchmarking on Customer Solutions

-Perform compatibility and power loss testing for customer proprietary hardware

-Provide technical assistance in compliance and certification of hardware for specific Industry

-Provide clear documentations for PoC, Demo, testing and problems resolution proceed etc.

-Participate in initial customer issue debugging and data collection

-Develop Proof of Concepts (POC) based on customer requirements for validation which may include Hardware, Software and 3rd Party offerings

-Setup demo's for customer to review POC's and benchmark results

-Assist with test plans and stay engaged with internal & external teams during solution development

-Set and manage expectations around solutions, internally and externally

-Evaluate customer solution for optimization and best alignment to Lenovo products/services

-Understand emerging technologies and products and Lenovo's strategies to address them

-Collaborate with OEM Solution Architects, Customers, Sales team and extended Lenovo teams

Position Requirements

-Bachelor or above degree in computer science or electronic engineering or a related engineering discipline

-5 - 7 years industry experience in an Engineering lab environment

-Strong experience in PC, Server. and Smart Devices sub-system function, testing and application scenario for CPU/MEM, HDD/SSD, RAID, GPU, NIC, HBA etc.

-Experience working with IoT sensors, gateways and enclosures

-Experience working on Linux operating systems, PRC local Linux OS is highly desired

-Experience in Shell, Perl, Python, or Powershell scripts desired

-Experience with Device Management & Content Management Solutions programs highly desired

-Experience using thermal chambers desired

-Experience using AI on Video streams, Processing and image etc. application desired

-Fluently Chinese and English (CET-4 is a must) oral and written skill, and good communication and negotiation skills with internal and external teams

-Have good self-motivate and study capability, ability to manage multiple/complex tasks under pressure

-Ability to travel 5%
