Description and Requirements

Lenovo is a leader in genuine innovation and smarter technology for all. We are seeking a highly skilled and results driven B2B Web Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. This self-starter will bring 5+ years of experience to oversee and manage our North America commercial web strategy and presence, ensuring seamless functionality, optimal user experience, and alignment with our business goals. The ideal candidate will have familiarity and experience with Adobe Analytics and CMS platforms, with a proven track record in web strategy and agency management. This role emphasizes collaboration with internal teams and external agencies to influence web development and content. The Web Manager will represent the NA B2B Marketing Team to external and internal stakeholders and must excel in coordination, consensus building, and strategic planning, and effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of web strategies that align with business goals and objectives, working closely with internal teams responsible for webpage development/deployment/maintenance.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies to ensure the successful delivery of web projects, providing clear direction and oversight.
  • Collaborate with internal web development and e-commerce teams to influence the design, content, and functionality of web pages, ensuring they meet business requirements and user needs.
  • Leverage experience with Adobe Analytics and CMS platforms (e.g., Flash, Drupal, AEM Sites) to guide and oversee content updates, troubleshooting, and feature implementation by internal teams.
  • Coordinate cross-departmental efforts to gather requirements, prioritize tasks, and build consensus on web initiatives.
  • Measure and apply analytics to identify opportunities to innovate and drive results.
  • Continuously evaluate the performance of marketing investments in website related initiatives.
  • Track, report, and present analysis of site metrics and identify trends and opportunities to increase business according to prioritized KPIs.
  • Use analytics to drive optimal user experience, site traffic, and lead conversion.
  • Guide internal teams and agencies on web tools, best practices, and emerging trends to enhance the web platforms.
  • Ensure all web projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget by coordinating efforts across teams and agencies.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in web management, with familiarity and experience with one or more of these CMS platforms: Flash, Drupal, AEM Sites.
  • Experience using Adobe Analytics to build dashboards and provide insights on webpage performance.
  • Proven experience in leading web strategy and execution and managing agency relationships.
  • Strong collaboration and consensus-building skills, with a track record of successful coordination across departments and external partners.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to work strategically and align web initiatives with business objectives.
  • Strong presentation skills and experience in delivering insights to both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Marketo Engage is a plus.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus.
