Description and Requirements

The Cloud Service Provider Account Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing long-term customer relationships, and ensuring Lenovo's continued success within the EMEA Cloud Service Provider market. You will work closely with internal teams and external clients to deliver cutting-edge solutions that address customer needs while exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Sales & Growth: Lead the sales effort for Lenovo's CSP solutions, coordinating closely with the Hyperscale organization to design and deliver innovative customer solutions.
  • Territory Management: Oversee account engagements within the assigned territory, ensuring sufficient opportunities to exceed quota targets while managing sales pipelines.
  • Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and business partners to ensure long-term customer success.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work cross-functionally with Lenovo's sales, product, and support teams to deliver value, achieve revenue goals, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Market & Competitive Knowledge: Stay informed about market trends and customer requirements within the Hyperscale sector, ensuring Lenovo's credibility and positioning as a trusted advisor.
  • Customer Education: Effectively communicate Lenovo's Data Center Infrastructure solutions to customers, highlighting how they can meet current and future needs.
  • Executive-Level Engagement: Deliver technical presentations and roadmaps to C-level executives, ensuring account strategies are aligned with customer objectives.
  • Sales Planning & Forecasting: Create and execute detailed sales strategies and account forecasts using Salesforce.com, while identifying and developing new business opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 7+ years of technical sales experience, with at least 7-10 years in server products and solutions sales.
  • Strategic Selling: Proven track record of selling complex technology solutions and building long-term customer relationships.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the Hyperscale and Cloud Service Provider market.
  • Business Acumen: Ability to create and execute quarterly business plans, including managing sales pipelines and account forecasts.
  • Technical Expertise: Solid understanding of server and data center infrastructure solutions and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to and influence C-level executives.
  • Education: B.S./B.A. or equivalent professional training in a relevant field.
