Description and Requirements
The North and Latin America Service Parts Logistics Cost & Operations Analyst role is responsible for analyzing, optimizing, and guiding deployments of the NA & LA ISG Service Parts logistics network. The ISG services network requires same day delivery around the world, with SLAs as low as 2 hours from order to delivery. This role will be responsible for understanding and managing our NA & LA logistics network to drive optimal performance and operational efficiency while closely managing costs.
We are currenting moving our service parts network from being managed by a 3PL to in-house management. This change allows us to manage our business and customer experience much more closely and bring opportunities to re-invent and optimize our processes and policies.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
• Engaging with logistics service providers to drive optimization and increase efficiency
• Managing Logistics and warehousing vendor performance
• Collaborating across broad teams to fully understand business requirements and influence and lead logistics solution design
• Fully understanding logistics and warehousing costs structures in region
• Creating and analyzing monthly logistics cost reports
• Working with world-wide team members to align on spend targets and performance against them
• Collaborating with counterparts in Europe and Asia to assess and align on best practices
• Guiding optimization of warehouse and logistics management processes with junior team members
Position Requirements:
• Bachelor degree or above
• Outstanding analytical and data capabilities
• 5+ years working experience in logistics
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work cross functionally in an international environment
• Detail orientated
