Description and Requirements
We are looking for a new Staff Engineer for our Hungary manufacturing plant. This position supports the IT systems that are used by manufacturing team in our Budapest manufacturing plant located in Üllo.
What we expect from You:
- Proficiency and 3-5 years of related experience in a manufacturing IT setting
- Proven ability to understand business processes in complex manufacturing, identify, discuss and effectively articulate business pain points to coworkers and central IT team
- Ability to train and create training documentation to support business teams
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Strong English and Hungarian language skills
- Ability to recognize typical system problems, recommend solutions and drive quick resolution.
- Ability to coach other in problem solving
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Strongly recommended skills:
- SAP
- Mfg floor control systems such as ITAC or others
- Mfg scheduling SW support experience
- SQL database support
Additionally desired skills
- Windows server and windows client administration
- System monitoring experience using tools such as Zabbix and Splunk
- Automation SW experience reducing manual work (UIPath highly desired)
- Using AI to simplify or expedite troubleshooting, development or resolution
