• Assist in the development of direct water cooling (DWC) and two-phase cooling systems.
• Utilize analytical equipment for materials analysis and testing (optical microscopes, scanning electron microscope (SEM), mechanical (Instron), infrared spectroscopy).
• Collaborate across engineering disciplines such as power engineering, electromagnetic compatibility engineering, and interconnect engineering to provide materials-related support.
• Interact with suppliers as to ensure quality and reliability standards are met.
• Prepare analytical reports and effectively communicate results to internal stakeholders and external customers.

• Currently pursuing a degree in chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, materials science or related field.
• Solid background (such as coursework, undergraduate research, or prior internship) in chemistry and polymers.
• Experience with instruments such as optical microscopes, SEMs, and IR a plus.
• Ability to work in a lab environment onsite at the Morrisville, NC location.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
