Description and Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager of Marketing Strategy and Operations to lead and optimize our marketing strategies and operational processes. This role is integral to driving our marketing initiatives and ensuring alignment with our overall business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of marketing strategy, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of successful execution.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's objectives and growth goals. Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions to drive sales with carriers and retailers, lead various marketing projects..
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee the execution of marketing programs and campaigns, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness. Optimize marketing processes and workflows to enhance productivity and deliver results.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including different marketing verticals, sales, product, and finance to align marketing strategies with broader business goals. Facilitate communication and collaboration to ensure cohesive marketing efforts, especially for new product launches.
  • Performance Management: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of marketing initiatives. Analyze performance data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and cost-efficiency. Track spending and adjust strategies as needed to stay within budget.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify new opportunities and potential risks. Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Consumer Centricity: Lead the customer feedback from various resources and potential solutions.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing strategy and operations
  • 3+ years experience in managing people, with a proven track record of leading successful marketing initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
  • Proven experience in budget management and financial planning.
  • Digital marketing experience preferred
  • Operations experience preferred
  • Proactive, positive and adaptive attitude
  • Self driven person.
  • Passionate for continuous improvement and well organized
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent at Excel and/or Google Sheets
  • Excellent with Powerpoint and/or Google Slides
