Description and Requirements

• Why does this role exist?

We seek a strong segment lead who can build Lenovo awareness with professional customers and quality lead acquisitions with good customer insights to improve the conversion probability, by developing a marketing strategy and using a variety of updated marketing tactics for the executions.

Lenovo identifies Small to medium-sized and Service solution businesses as critical business growth areas. We are looking for a candidate who can lead either of the segments.

• R&R

In the Commercial Marketing Division, Marketing Management Division, you will be responsible for the planning and execution of comprehensive marketing measures targeting specific segments, maintaining efficient ROI, and achieving pipeline goals through marketing activities, and promoting business growth and gaining market share in specific segments.

- Ability to create and execute comprehensive and effective marketing strategies

- Understanding of a series of sales processes such as customer list acquisition and lead generation, and experience in developing measures at each stage

- Ability to plan and execute measures aimed at expanding the pipeline in close collaboration with each team such as sales, product, service, and sales strategy (4Ps)

- Deep understanding of marketing tactics (offline & online) and the ability to plan and execute programs that link multiple programs (customer engagement measures such as offline events and webinars, marketing measures to gain awareness, etc.) and ensure pipeline expansion and conversion rate increases.

- Planning and production of various marketing materials according to the purpose

- Ability to create daily/weekly reports that can clearly explain the results

- Experience in collaboration and reporting with APAC and WW marketing teams, for KPI performance tracking, and sharing of campaign success experiences

- Japanese proficiency at a native level and English conversation ability to communicate well with APAC and WW teams through conversation

- Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at the same time

- Formulate and execute lead nurturing strategies using marketing automation in collaboration with database marketing

- Work closely with the e-commerce department to avoid conflicts and generate leads while providing useful information to corporate customers.

- This position reports to a Commercial marketing manager and has 3 peers in Japan who lead a dedicated market segment.

Experience

Must Have:

• More than 6 years of B2B marketing experience

• Experience in planning and implementing digital marketing measures

• Experience in lead nurturing with Marketing Automation

• Experience with Salesforce or other applications such as CRM 

Good to have:

• Experience in product marketing, working with MS/Intel funds

• Experience in a global company

• English proficiency: English conversation ability to communicate well (reference: TOEIC 850 points or more)

• Knowledge of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics

• Knowledge of ad technology

• Social Media Marketing

• Web-related knowledge

• PC industry knowledge

• Knowledge of IT products such as PCs, tablets, smartphones, and servers
