Marketing Specialist, Central America & Caribbean
Job Summary:
The Marketing Lead for Central America & Caribbean (located in Bogotá, Colombia) will be responsible for shaping and driving the regional marketing and communications strategy across B2B and B2C segments, aligning business objectives with marketing execution to achieve impactful results. This role requires a strategic and hands-on approach, managing complex budgets and working closely with external agencies to ensure brand growth, sales tracking reporting from Marketing campaigns, correct execution and performance within the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and oversee the Central America & Caribbean marketing plan, ensuring alignment between long-term strategic vision and day-to-day execution for both B2B and B2C segments.
- Manage and optimize the local marketing budget to maximize ROI and support organizational objectives.
- Oversee and work closely with Trade Marketing field force team in several countries, fostering a collaborative environment and guidance to drive high performance.
- Manage relationships with external marketing and communications agencies (PR, Digital, Creative, Events, Trade) ensuring deliverables align with brand standards and market goals.
- Track, analyze, and evaluate key metrics for all marketing activities, providing actionable insights and detailed reports to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and product, to align marketing initiatives with broader business goals.
- Stay informed of local market trends and competitive insights, adapting strategies to meet evolving market demands.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 3-5 years of professional experience in a similar role, preferably in a commercial or B2B environment.
- Bilingual Proficiency: Business fluency in English and Spanish.
- Project Management Skills: Strong organizational skills with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute strategic programs with a focus on measurable outcomes.
- Collaboration Skills: Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, including sales and product marketing.
- Analytical Skills: Proficient in analyzing program success metrics to drive informed decisions and improvements.
- Adaptability: Flexible and resilient, able to adjust strategies based on changing market conditions and partner needs.
