Description and Requirements

Business Operations Administrator/ Sales Operations Administrator

You will:

  • Responsible for contract administration of project works covering regions including Hong Kong, mainland China and Southeast Asia; reviewing project contracts and verifying accuracy complying with company rules and guidelines
  • Handle contract validation, tender management, procurement administration and billing requests
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of projects documents
  • Work with relevant parties to collect contract / project related documents
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as required

You bring:

  • Higher Diploma or above in Business Administration or equivalent disciplines
  • Minimum 1 years of administration working experience, preferably in project / contract administration
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Good command of both spoken and written Putonghua and English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Details-oriented, well-organized, self-motivated and a good learning attitude
  • Immediate available is preferred
