Description and Requirements
You Will
- Firewall Administration (Checkpoint, Cisco ASA and Palo alto)
- Switch setup configuration & Administration (Cisco and Alcatel)
- Router setup configuration & Administration (Cisco)
- Wireless Equipment configuration (Cisco)
- Handling ad-hoc projects like replacing the EOS network devices and deploying any new devices as per the requirement.
- 247 standby network support for HQ & 36 OC sites.
- Manage network infrastructure of 36 overseas branches remotely and involved in the planning and execution for office relocation.
- Support for any change (like new server or services) in office environment.
- Actively participate in troubleshooting for any application or server related errors.
- Work closely with support vendor for recommended firmware and any newly discovered bug to ensure timely risk mitigation.
- Manage 300+ network devices, which includes WOG and VoIP network devices.
- Conducts periodic review of the existing configuration and removes the obsolete configuration upon approval.
- Ad hoc updating of network device inventory list and device location on network racks.
- Escort vendors (especially for non-business hours maintenance, and off-site venues like DC).
- Monitoring license and support contract expiry and notify customer.
You Bring
- Prefer CCNP certified or have at least 5 years of experience in handling Cisco R&S.
- Strong networking background and experience, with the ability to do troubleshooting of both access control and network-related problems
